Inpatient Oncology Assistant Nurse Manager

A top healthcare organization in Northern California is looking for an Inpatient Oncology Assistant Nurse Manager to lead their team of 60 Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse Specialists.  The Assistant Nurse Manager Oncology Inpatient  will provide Nurse Management to the unit during each shift supervising the day to day unit activities. 

We are actively interviewing for this position and looking for an excellent Oncology Nurse Leader! The Oncology Nurse Assistant Nurse Manager will have previous experience with oncology nursing and must be able to work in a union hospital environment. The Assistant Nurse Manager Oncology Med Surg will assist the Oncology Nurse Manager with budget, payroll, and unit quality improvement.The Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg will monitor staffing, patient safety, risk management, and will develop and implement plans for staff development
