The ADL may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using SDLC methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions. JOB DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Systems Developmentndash Work with Project Manager to define development plan and delivery schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of the code lead development team and agile scrums work with business owners to correct deviations from development plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. Development Team Management ndash Lead development teams and responsible for delivery of the product in a timely manner, help remove development team roadblocks leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for development work mentor development team members. Product Owner Support ndash Support the Business Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, help project manager in managing stakeholder communications, and help to implement an effective system of change control and production implementation. Process Management and Improvement ndash Define and manage a well-defined development process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for applications, interfaces and middleware development and system maintenance. Team building ndash promote empowerment of the development team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the development and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team. QUALIFICATIONS BSMS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET Languages VB.Net, C, SQLT-SQL, Java, JavaScriptDHTML, VBScript, HTML, XML and MySQL Minimum 10 years in backend software design in SQL Server, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C Experience in Clinical Lab Analyzers Equipmentrsquos is a big plus. Experience in developing interfaces to connect different vendor products with HL7 or other industry standard protocol is preferred. A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 10+ years of experience as a Development Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. Proven experience in production support, applications tuning and troubleshooting of .Net based applications. Develop and implement Community Affiliated Partners (CAP) development strategy to assist with growing USE Credit Union memberships. These CAPs will serve as a B2B source for new business including real estate and other credit unions loan and deposit products for the credit union.

Attend community networking mixers, and present seminars and or workshops to acquire new mortgage business.

Maintain monthly sales log; update LOS with all contacts made with members regarding their loan, along with the monthly Status of Report.

Manage loan pipelines, including timely and proactive follow-up on leads, approved loans, meeting targeted loan closing ratios and other product cross-sell ratios. Update the LOS with member conversations as required by management.

Maintain the required knowledge of policies and procedures, laws and regulations, as well as other compliance requirements.

Record all transactions promptly and accurately in compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.

Properly identify all customers when transacting business and giving information.

Remain current and knowledgeable of all credit union products and services.

Support sales efforts of credit union by promoting our products and services. Saturday retail branch on-call loan support required as assigned by Area Lending Manager.

Cross-sell and refer investment and insurance products.

Meet loan production volume and all other goals as assigned.

Promote and enroll customers in credit protection on eligible loans when applicable.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and/or resolve member issues/complaints.

Protect the credit union assets by adhering to safe and sound security practices.

Work efficiently with all team members to reach monthly and annual loan production goals.

Annual minimum production of $12 million – $18 million in mortgage originations must be obtained, in order to meet the minimum loan production for the position.

Qualifications
Jr. Community Mortgage Specialist:
Bachelor”s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; and minimum of 3 years of previous experience in originating first mortgage loans is required; and/or combination of education and experience.

Sr. Community Mortgage Specialist:
Bachelor”s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University and 5 years of previous experience in originating first mortgage loans is required.

Ability to effectively write reports and correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to use loan origination systems, contact management software, mortgage coach software and Microsoft Office application products, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly; requires general knowledge of computer networks and database use.

All Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO) must be actively registered with the National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS). Must renew and pass annually to maintain active status.

Fellows work with no more than four students at a time, delivering individualized lessons and working closely with teachers to accelerate students academic achievement. Fellows also work to build strong relationships with students to help increase their self-confidence and commitment to education. The Blueprint Fellows program is an opportunity to participate in a year of service making a difference in the lives of students. Fellows receive a fellowship stipend as well as benefits. While teachers have classrooms of 25 or 30 students, Fellows manage no more than 4 students at a time. This allows for the individualization of remedial and supplemental instruction in a safe space, where students are encouraged to engage with one another and explain their thinking. Fellows individualize lessons to meet the needs, interests, and passions of their students and deliver data-driven instruction that not only significantly impacts student achievement, but inspires students to be lifelong learners. By using math as the vehicle, Fellows foster critical thinkers, confident communicators, and engaged citizens who question, reflect, self-assess, visualize, respond positively to feedback, persevere, and internalize goal setting as a tool for continuous self-improvement. Fellows receive curriculum materials, pre-service training, on-going mentoring and professional development as well as written evaluation of feedback from their assigned Site Manager. Fellows are charged with focusing on the individual needs of their students, helping to accelerate student achievement and close any skill gaps that may exist. Fellow responsibilities include: Instruction, Planning, Communication & Feedback, and Compliance. Examples of duties within these categories include: Instruction: Carry out all the responsibilities of an academic tutor and ensure that students are consistently learning and challenged. Assist students in setting and reaching academic goals. Observe, monitor, and assess students performance on a regular basis and record data to track student progress towards academic goals. Modify instruction and lesson plans based on student assessment results. Tutor students using a variety of research-based instructional strategies designed to support students individual needs. Planning: Implement daily and weekly lesson plans using a predetermined curriculum. Support the preparation of instructional activities to support students in mastering specific academic skills, subject matter content, and end-of-unit assessments. Collaborate with classroom teachers and Math Fellows Site Manager to ensure tutorial lessons are aligned with classroom instruction. Communication & Feedback: Reach out to students families at least once every two weeks to update them on their students academic progress in tutorial. Actively participate in professional development activities. Meet with Site Manager regularly to receive coaching and both informal and formal evaluation and feedback. Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of student information as required by law and district policies. Enforce school/district behavior rules and policies. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Being a Fellow is an intense but rewarding experience. The following characteristics are what we look for from our Fellows. Experience tutoring or mentoring youth is preferred. Fellowship Living Allowance and Benefits The Fellowship living allowance per school year is $20,000 for our East St. Louis program and $25,000 for our Oakland program.
