Radiologist

A 200+ Bed government hospital located in the heart of the Bay Area is currently seeking a Radiologist to join their Radiology department.

The Physician Radiologist will become a pivotal member of our diagnostic team tasked with the reviewal and diagnosis of various patient populations. As a member of the General Diagnostic team, the incumbent Radiologist will be comfortable reviewing multi-modality scans including:

• CT (neuro, body, CTA, MSK)
• Ultrasound (body, OB)
• MRI (Neuro, Body, MSK)
• Nuclear Medicine
• Mammography
• Minimal Pediatric Imaging- plain films, trauma studies

 As a fully integrated medical center complete with a strong Women’s Services department, the Radiologist will also be experienced in reviewal of women’s imaging including:

• Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography
• breast sonography

Outside of general scans, there are also more complex procedural related tasks such as:

• Percutaneous biopsies, drainages (preferred)
• Interventional Cath lab procedures (angiography, embolizations)- highly desired
• General fluoroscopy procedures
