Job Description
Power Personnel is currently seeking experienced Ambulatory Nurses to fill openings at Highland Hospital. Interested candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of Ambulatory experience in a hospital setting. 12 week contract 8hr shifts Day Shift (7: 00am start time) Responsibilities: * Deliver superior patient care by assessing, evaluating, planning, coordinating and implementing patient care principles * Provide treatments and medications to ensure patients are being appropriately cared for * Possess proficient medical knowledge which is utilized to ensure patient welfare * Initiate corrective actions when a patient’ s condition warrants it * Administer patient education * Maintain proper and complete documentation of patient care Requirements of the Ambulatory Nurse * Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing * Current RN licensure by California Board of Nursing * BLS & ACLS from the American Heart Association * Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience * Clinic experience * Experience with donning/doffing PPE and has performed specimen collection and processing. * Proficiency in computer charting About the Company Power Personnel is California’ s premier healthcare staffing company with a team of talented professionals working in a variety of medical fields.
