Job Description Lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously to accomplish goals Lead and schedule project team interactions to meet stated objectives Presents complex information to senior management Maintain and build relationships with new and existing vendors Work as the department’s liaison between the finance team and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies Report progress regularly, both verbally and in writing reporting occurs at the team level, the management level, and the executive leadership level Structure risk and account for information uncertainty in the decision-making process Leverage and manage external resources at times to support development activities Prepare detailed technical project plans in Microsoft Project and Excel Maintain accurate purchasing and receiving records in our inventory management systems Compare vendor invoices with PO’s and item receipts to verify accuracy Track day-to-day details of all project tasks, deliverables, and milestones Apply appropriate communication approaches including listening skills Plus other reasonable duties as requested by the management team
