This San Francisco Bay Area regional trauma center is looking for a strong Nurse Director Emergency, Trauma, and Critical Care Services with trauma hospital experience.
The RN Director Emergency, Trauma, and Critical Care will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will oversee the Emergency Department, Trauma Services, and Intensive Care Unit Department operations. The Emergency RN Director Critical Care will oversee the department fiscal goals, department accreditation and regulatory programs, and department short and long term goals.
The Nurse Director Intensive Care Emergency Department will join a busy trauma hospital that has received numerous awards for quality and nursing outcomes. This hospital is very community oriented and focused on selecting new employees that embody the values of their organizations culture.
The ICU Director RN Emergency Serviceswill work with an interdisciplinary team of Department Directors, Executive Hospital Leadership, and the quality department to achieve hospital and department goals. The RN Director Emergency, Critical Care, and Trauma Services will also work closely executive nurse management and will have a supportive critical care, emergency, and trauma nurse management team.
