The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.The Community Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 5-7 Associations, depending on product type and size.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of 5-7 Community AssociationsWork directly with the Association Board of Directors providing the support and guidance necessary for them to meet their operational obligations and fiduciary dutiesProvide extraordinary service to all Association residents, addressing all matters timelyPrepare for, attend and provide guidance at Association Board Meetings, which are typically held in the evenings during the weekPerform regular community inspections to proactively address issues, meeting with Association vendors as necessaryAttend industry events to represent PMP and participate in on-going training and professional developmentRequired Qualifications:4 Year College Degree preferred but not required1-3 Years of experience as a portfolio or on-site manager, or experience in a similar roleEarned or working to earn CMCA or CCAM certificationsExtraordinary customer service skillsExceptional writing and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statementsStrong organizational skillsAn honest, responsible, optimistic and enjoyable demeanor
