Position Title: FVP, Strategic Initiatives What we’re looking for: AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a FVP, Strategic Initiatives, to lead, develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Correspondent Lending team. This position will report to the EVP, Business Production Management. The candidate will be interfacing with Correspondent Lending leadership team to ensure consistency and proficiency in managing strategic initiatives across the division. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to bring a strong culture of discipline to support the growing needs of the Correspondent Lending team.
What you will do: Management of existing strategic initiativesDevelop/create project plans for new strategic initiativesDrive all projects and initiatives to completion working with applicable stakeholders companywideWork with Correspondent Lending leaders to manage, monitor and review the CL Budget and overall business plan on a monthly basis, as well as manage the annual budgeting/forecasting processWork with other departments as needed to coordinate/participate on corporate level initiativesLook for opportunities to improve, enhance, or otherwise add value to our employee and/or client experience What you will need: 5-10 years work experienceSolid understanding of the mortgage banking industryProven track record of managing and executing initiatives/projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives, peers and associatesAbility to solve complex issues independently and timelyCritical thinking with a creative mindsetStrong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint4 year college degree What will really catch our eye:Experience and results in similar roleMasters degreeProject Management certification Our top performers share the following traits: Hungry – driven to succeed, always looking for more to do, focused on personal growthHumble – confident but not conceited, willing to learn and be coached, eager to share credit with othersSmart – knowledgeable in the field, self-aware, high level of emotional intelligence What We Offer:At AmeriHome, our employees are our most important asset.
