We are an Erp software house focussed on food which uses Microsoft sql server. We are looking for an Implementation analystUnderstand client’s business operations and how they can best use Prophet Pr3 ERP software.
Interpret client needs; configure and implement software solutions to agreed upon, pre-defined blueprint.
Assist clients in preparing pre-live simulations and testing.
Adhere to specific project plans and deadlines.
Liaise with software development team to progress customer specific modifications.
Deliver end-user training and train others as needed.
Complete comprehensive documentation to highest standard including configuration specifications, customer specific process guides and training documentation.
Support clients through go-live process.Three years of full-time work experience in job offered, or in occupations involving software design, development and analysisSPECIALREQUIREMENTS: Education or experience background to include: 1) Microsoft SQLServer (queries, stored procedures and views); 2) Microsoft Visio (to design and maintain workflow charts); 3) Microsoft Office; 4) Prophet Workspace Application builder; 5) ability to document complex data workflows; 6) ability to design task-based applications.
Must be available to work at unanticipated client sites throughout US; travel up to 40% of total time.DEGREEREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
