Crossroads Trading Co., a popular buy-sell-trade retailer with 40 stores throughout the country, is looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor at its Berkeley location!

Are you fashion obsessed and want to learn more about buying, visual displays, customer service and trend forecasting, all while working with a team of fashion lovers just like you?

If so, this may be your dream job.Job :Minimum 6 months supervisory experience in the retail industryOpen availability, including weekendsExcellent customer service and communication skillsDesire to grow within the fashion retail industryMastery of sales floor support and ability to assist with store aestheticsExperience with store open/close process, employee training, and enforcing company policies and proceduresThe following experience is preferred, but not required:Luxury/Designer retail experienceFashion degree and/or certificateAbility to authenticate merchandiseExtensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends.Similar industry experience (buy-sell-trade and/or consignment experience a HUGE PLUS)Crossroads, which focuses on contemporary second-hand clothing and accessories for men and women, has been in business since 1991 and, unlike other retailers, we are continuing to open new stores.
