The Managing Directors along with Cogitativo’s data scientists, product managers, SMEs and our clients form a cross-functional team driving optimization of precious healthcare resources.
We are seeking a strong, enthusiastic trusted advisor to join the team focusing on delivering value-creating products and services for the clients we serve.
Our consultants work collaboratively with our data scientists to drive insights gained from data and guide the development of features and metrics that detect opportunities to optimize and improve healthcare delivery.
The clarity and insights our team provides enable our clients to quickly extract value from our collective efforts.:
• Drive and support business development
• Develop client relationships and drive account development
• Conduct agenda based conversations with key clients and stakeholders
• Drive project planning and management
• Implement and manage client engagements
• Gather and communicate business requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and data engineers
• Overseeing QA & QC of client deliverables
• Articulate client challenges via consultations, case framework analysis
• Manage and monitor multiple client engagements
• Recommend and implement strategies to improve client results
• Inform data science solution strategy, and influence solution roadmaps
• Conduct objective research on current market trends, and client market positions:

7 years’ experience as a Consultant in healthcare or related field
• Masters in a quantitative discipline
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, and health plan operations
• Demonstrated industry acumen and passion for making healthcare work
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A proven, effective communicator
