Now as a part of the CSC Generation portfolio, we’re working towards becoming a modern ecom/retail company with a focus on how we market and communicate our products to our customers.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing a majority of Z Gallerie’s digital content production and distribution based on the brand’s overall marketing goals.
This includes community/content management of Z Gallerie’s social channels, blogger/influencer activations, and creative asset production and management.
Equally as important, this candidate has proven organizational skills to manage projects for the brand’s digital marketing efforts including social media, video, influencer campaigns and landing pages.
Your day to day will vary but include: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams as a creative voice in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and a variety of marketing activities.
Own content production and management of Z Gallerie’s social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Linkedin), including content & customer engagement.
Moderate, tag, and distribute UGC (User Generated Content) across channels.
Own landing page production for paid social campaigns; manage the scheduling, maintenance, and publishing process.
Update social media and content calendars.
Own curating in-house marketing photo assets, collaborating with photo team Manage in-house video production: concept videos, recruit talent, style sets, shoot footage and edit to create finished product for paid and social campaigns as well as landing pages.
Manage editorial content calendar and work with internal teams and agency partners to create SEO content stories focused around brand-right keywords.
Collaborate on micro and macro influencer campaigns; manage recruiting, contract development, merchandising, assets and distribution strategy for influencer partnerships.
Manage social listening, task daily customer service issues and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
We’re looking for someone who: Has a passion for cultivating and growing social communities, is highly deadline driven, and is comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
Has strong communication and problem solving skills, a passion for pioneering, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
Is an analytical thinker, who uses data to influence decision making.
With these skills: 3-5 years of experience in content creation and social media marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/art/advertising/creative or equivalent work experience.
Project management for the brand’s digital marketing efforts including social media, video, influencer campaigns and landing pages.
Photo/video creating and editing experience.
