We?re an ecommerce boutique selling sustainably-packaged skincare and beauty products. We?re growing fast and looking for an administrative and sustainability research intern who can perform the following jobs: Research new developments within the sustainable beauty/fashion/lifestyle spheres and report on them. Monitor market demand and summarize growth prospects. Work on community outreach initiatives, social media and email marketing campaigns. Assist with operations. Including but not limited to drafting emails, researching media contacts, etc,… Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and nonprofit organizations. The applicant should be passionate about sustainability, love learning about sustainability, efforts to reduce waste, and exciting new developments in these fields. They definitely should know about the zero-waste movement. They should have had some work experience in administration or research. They can work fast, learn quickly, and compile dense information effectively. They should have had at least some experience in graphic design and/or social media management. This is an unpaid position. Flexible hours and remote is ok.
