Poke Bar at Berkeley is hiring!! We are looking for responsible, energetic, part/full time (15-40 hours) kitchen helper & front line food servers. We will TRAIN! This team member will be performing multiple duties and will learn about the restaurant business and poke. This is not a full dining restaurant business (considered fast food restaurant but no grease).
It’s a fast pace environment ideal candidate will monitor food inventory is always stocked, provide excellent customer service and ensure that health and safety standards are emphasized and adhered to.
Base pay – based on experience + tips.
Requirements:
– Some or no experience required (we will train)
– looking for genuinely up beat personality and able to handle fast pace environment
– Must have good housekeeping habits
– Foodservice and current food safety certification a plus (California Health Code requirement)
– Detail oriented individual with ability to multitask effectively under pressure
– Able to stand during work shift and able to lift up to 30 lbs
